Shi LaChef is a premium beverage brand founded by Shi, a 22-year-old vegan chef, entrepreneur, beverage founder, and media personality whose journey began at a remarkably young age.

What started with a passion for plant-based food and creative cooking has grown into something much bigger: a beverage brand built around bold flavor, quality ingredients, culture, and community.

Today, Shi LaChef is best known for its line of premium ginger lemonades—refreshing, fruit-forward drinks crafted with real fruit, lemon juice, organic ginger, and thoughtfully selected ingredients.

Our products have reached customers across 48 states, proving that great flavor can travel far when people genuinely love what is in the bottle.

From Young Chef to Beverage Founder

Shi began building her culinary brand as a young chef, creating plant-based recipes, appearing in media, connecting with audiences, and showing people that healthier choices could still be exciting, flavorful, and fun.

Over the years, that vision continued to evolve.

As Shi's audience grew, so did the brand.

What began with food, recipes, and culinary experiences eventually expanded into beverages—and Shi LaChef's ginger lemonades quickly became a standout part of the business.

Today, the brand is focused on building a beverage company that can grow from direct-to-consumer sales into grocery, specialty retail, wellness, foodservice, and distribution markets across the country.
